In the trial where Crenar Cochaj, Leonard Hajdari, Mentor Palocaj, Gramoz Burak Gerdovci is charged with attacking Shkelzen Shala and inflicting serious injury on Labinot Mehmet after a fight at the night bar “Zone Club”, there is a procedure on accused Gramoz doctor because he is in Argentina.

The other indictees gave their protection against the charges they are charged with.

At the time of the event, accused Leonard Hajdari stated that Mentor Palocaj was his friend, for Crenar Cocane, said he knew him only from television, Burak Gerdovcin said he only recognized him as a figure, while for Gramoz the doctor, as well as three injured Labitot Mehmeti, Drilon Mehmeti and Shkelzen Shala said he did not recognise them at all.

The one at the night bar “Zone Club” in Pristina, where the event took place, said he went along with his friend Mentor Palockaj.

Before going to the nightclub “Zone Club”, the defendant said that he and Mentore had previously been in several other locals where they had consumed alcoholic beverages like raki and narcotic substance.

I and Mentore have come to Pristina on January 1st 2015, at 6:00 somewhere, and that day we have gone to many cafes in Pristina. That day, we consumed alcohol and marijuana, and since I left custody, I was no longer drinking alcohol or anything, and now I'm married and I've made families”, the defendant said.

He later declared that night at that bar he had a razor with him, since in Pristina he did not know anyone and had kept “to defend himself”.

The accused later confessed the incident:

We've entered “Zone Club”, I know there's been a lot of people. I remember we had a bottle of Vodka on the table and I know it was a mess, I don't know who punched me. I know I hit a guy with boxing. I don't know how we broke up. I only remember when I got into a cab with Mentore. According to my head the next morning at my home in Cline, I was reminded that I stabbed that person, I don't know, it was dark. I don't have the day I hurt him, I understood his name at the” police station, said accused Hajdari, adding that he feels sorry for the case that happened and that he asked for it earlier and that he also now apologises to the injured.

Even the other indictee Mentor Palocaj, who is at the same time the brother of Repper Victor Palocaj/Unikatil, said that he was at the bar that night “Zone Club”, had gone along with Leonard, but said he had not seen him and had no idea that he had spoken or had been hit with someone himself, said he had not clashed or argued with anyone.

He added that he had been under the influence of alcohol that night as well as marijuana.

He then stated that while they had been in that bar, suddenly there had been a massive push and security had later been exiled, driving people away from the bar and because of the mess he had been created he couldn't see if Leonard had clashed with anyone.

Regarding the case that the defendant had happened, he said Leonard didn't say anything to him until the next day when he called him and said:

And the other accused, Krenar Cochij, stated that that that night at the bar, she had been with the uncle's daughter and some of her friends after several hours of staying, said she had headed to the place where she had left the collar to pick her up and go outside. But because of the big mess he had that night, he had accidentally fought with Xryza Shala, and then changed a few words, until security had been deported and thrown out.

The night I went to get the jackné we had a winged extension with Xhaxen.

And the end of the night came and I wanted to go home, and I had to get all those people, and the jackne was somewhere at my bar. DJ, going to pick up the jackne with our wings, we're back and we're caught. There wasn't just a kick, we were pushed, then there were people in between us. And then there's some security Ken-Shisten Imer took me out, he took me in, then I immediately went home”, Chochi said.

While the other accused Burak Gerdovci said he has no connection with the case.

I've only seen him enter security with piles, but I haven't even met anyone, it's been a moment, I'm honestly telling you with all due respect I haven't pushed or hit anybody, you can ask these guys, say accused Gerdovci.

According to the indictment, the attack of five indictees against the injured Shkelzen Shala of Labinot Mehmeti had occurred in January 2015 at “Zone Club”.

According to the indictment, Leonard Hajdari of Mentor Palocaj on 2 January 2015 in Pristina at the localdiscotec “Zone Club”, previously agreed with the other indictee Krenar Chocaj to attack Shkelzen Shala, who had met with Labitot Mehmetin.

On the basis of the indictment, the clash had begun when Leonard Hajdari had pushed him and tried to punch Shkelzen Shala, then even Crenar Cochaj had tried to strike her.

The indictment reportedly interviewed the security worker and stopped the clash, but Crenar Cochaj had continued to kick and had also begun to argue with the security worker.

The indictment shows that Crenar Cochaj had also threatened security worker Shzen Imeraj, who was addressed with the words “I have killed”

Always in accordance with the indictment, the clash had continued, and Mentor Palocaj had captured Labinoth Mehmeti's hair, while Leonard Hajdari had stabbed Mehmet twice in the chest and once in the abdomin, in order to deprive him of life.

The incident explains that Hajdari was unable to complete Mehmet's life deprivation after the security worker “Zone Club” intervened.

Then, according to the indictment, the defendants had now fled, while Labinos Mehmeti had been sent to KKUK for medical treatment.

The indictment reportedly put the push to murder by Crenar Cochaj had occurred “due to a girl”.

In addition to Cochaj, who in this trial is accused of inciting murder, the prosecution charges Leonard Hajdari of Mentor Palocaj with attempted murder, while Gramoz Burak Gerdovci's doctor for participating in the beating.
