In a rare proposal for last month's event, Kilic has praised co-operation with Kosovo institutions as good.
“We are satisfied with co-operation on security issues between the two states. One day Kosovo co-operates with Turkey, the other day Turkey helps Kosovo, so it is mutual co-operation.” has said it.
