Serbia's “Minister Sefaj has not been a decision-making factor and has only implemented the law according to the request of the AKI, which, under the Constitution, has estimated that higher persons pose a danger to the national security of the Republic of Kosovo. As for informing the prime minister of this process, AKI is obliged by law to report at the same time to the prime minister, so it should be clarified whether or not this happened”, the AKR says in its statement.
But the position is expected to hold by AKI director Driton Gashi.
