Recent studies published in the newspaper Therapy of Behavior show that by not sleeping, people are more inclined to focus on thoughts that cause frustration, anxiety, and stress.

People who sleep less than eight hours do not want to get caught up in ideas and thoughts that lead nowhere. Currently, experts are trying to understand how much sleeptime affects psychological disorders and how we can improve it to avoid that.
