As Blic '%s' noted, the text of this draft will be made public on round tables, which will be held in Novi Sad, Nis and Belgrade.
Part of the draft, which was published in the paper, stresses that Serbia will not recognise Kosovo's independence but will work in the interest of regional stability and possible Serbian-Albanian good relations to continue dialogue with Pristina's provisional institutions with the European Union's mediation, the news conveys.net.
“It is confirmed that Serbia will commit to a precise and sustainable implementation of all agreements reached under the Brussels Agreement and be active in international organisations, there will be bilateral co-operation trying to prevent recognition of Kosovo's unilateral declaration of independence and membership in international organisations in particular at UN”.
In addition, the paper stresses that Serbia will provide full support for the participation of Serbs in Pristina institutions in order to protect the Serb population, boost the security of all citizens, and take all necessary measures in line with Resolution 1244.
Also, it is said that Serbia is committed to KFOR's continued presence and that it opposes changing the mandate and transformation of the armed forces into the military, as it according to them would destabilise the situation in Kosovo and damage security in the region.
