“Alco-Impex General Control KPS”, the Socialist Party MP's grandson, Sadri Abazi, has won public tenders with counterfeit documentation. This fact has been discovered by the City of Elbasan municipality where the company with administrator Arber Abazin has competed and won the tender for “The cleaning service of the city of Elbasan”.

The company “Alco-Impex” has won tenders by presenting the false degree of environmental engineering, Kosovo national Bekim Selmani. According to documentation stored in tenders in recent years, this firm has presented national Bekim Selmani as “Environment Management”, a graduate of the Faculty of Construction and Architecture in Pristina in 2008.

As this firm has won the tender in the town of Elbasan, the municipality of this city has requested verification of documentation at the University of Pristina. THE official letter from the University of Pristina notes that Bekim Selmani doesn't have a degree in “Environment Management”, but in “Construction Management”. Pristina University does not even have it as a program in its departments “Environment engineering”. In its four programs, the University of Pristina offers research programmes in the “Construction” account, “Hedrotechnical”, “Geodezzi” and “Road infrastructure”
