Russia claims chemical attack on Syria was made by foreign agents

Earlier, the United States and France had stated that they have evidence that this occurred, and along with Great Britain, they are considering responding with military intervention.
Russia, which has military forces deployed in Syria in support of the government, has warned that US air strikes threaten to launch a broader war.
