That's what the Sputnik Justice Department spokeswoman Nicole Oxman said, writes.

During Monday, Turkish media have reported that Ankara has ordered the arrest of Gylinen along with seven members of its movement, referring to the Fetahur Terrorist Organisation (FETO) for Karlov's murder in 2016.
The newspaper “Yen Safak” wrote that the main figures of FETO, such as Serfi Ali Tekalan and Emre Uslu Gulen, are also among those wanted to be arrested.
On December 19, 2016, Karlov was shot by a former Turkish policeman named Mevlut Mer Altintas, during the opening of an art gallery in Ankara. The shooter was killed in the country by the police.
Although the investigations still continue, the Turkish side has repeatedly reiterated its doubts that Glelen's movement stands behind the Russian ambassador's assassination. /Periscopi/
