Rakiq: No Association Under Constitutional Decision

Goran Rakiq, chairman of the Serbian List, has today stressed that for this list and for the Serb people in Kosovo, the most important is that the AKS (the Association of Serbian Communists) be formed as envisioned with the Brussels Agreement, Koha.net broadcasts.
