Goran Rakiq, chairman of the Serbian List, has today stressed that for this list and for the Serb people in Kosovo, the most important is that the AKS (the Association of Serbian Communists) be formed as envisioned with the Brussels Agreement, Koha.net broadcasts.
He, as the <x0vencenje novosti” conveys, has said Serbs in Kosovo doubt Pristina's sincere intentions and warned that the AKS is the international obligation and that the European Union guarantees for it.
For that reason, we want Pristina to fulfill what has been imposed. It does so on the basis of the agreement that has been reached in Brussels and not on the basis of its laws, and not particularly since the Constitutional Kosovo has cancelled 22 of 23 elements for forming the Serbian Communist Association“, Rakiq was quoted as saying that international agreements are more valid than those of institutions in Pristina.
