Among the main orders for Kosovo are calls for political actors to engage in constructive dialogue with the Parliament as the main forum for political debate, the call for greater commitment in establishing the Association of Serb majority municipalities; ratification of the Agreement with Montenegro, as well as the ongoing strengthening of the “record” (marked cases) in the fight against organised crime and corruption are considered as the positive “development”.
