The Ombudsman has forwarded it to the minister of education, and the chairman of the Commission. Matura State State Report, with recommendations on the decision to pay the state-run senior exam on May 16, 2017.
The Matura State Commission's decision to pay the exam is contrary not only to the principle of legitimacy but also to the whole concept of judicial security.
The people's <x0\Avocat, states that the decision to pay the senior test violates human rights and freedoms for the fact that it is contrary to the basic principles of functioning of the democratic state, such as the principle of legitimacy, constitutional principle of rule of law and the principle of judicial security, because there is no legal basis in Law No. 5/L-018 for making such a decision”, said the notice.
The ombudsman recommends to the Ministry of Education, which, in accordance with the competencies and responsibilities of relevant legislation in force, is invalid to announce the decision to pay for the State Matura's test.
