In general, Nutella, a tasty nuts and the spread of cocoa, is traded as healthy “”, despite its spreading chocolate juice. Children's advertising by painting the bread with Nutella had become extremely popular worldwide.
In most countries, it is traded as a simple cobble cream, and advertising points out that Nutella has no artificial color.
But Nutella's not exactly a health food.
A now-viral image loaded in Reddit (and originally created by the consumer centre in Hamburg, Germany) tells exactly what is in an Nutella jar.
And Nutella contains only five components (the palm trees, cocoa, nuts, skimmish, and sugar), a half jar is sugar.
According to its feeding label, a jar of Nutella has 21 grams of sugar for 37 grams (two spoons), meaning that in reality more than half is sugar.
Most of the rest is palm oil a solid fat, which is the cause of cancer.
