According to him, secretary - general NATO, Jons Stoltenberg, has made it clear that the transformation of KSF must be made through constitutional changes.
“Transform is something that needs to be done by you, by your institutions, and it's not something that needs to be imposed. You have the right to choose and NATO position you know is very clear. Stoltenberg has clearly stated that the transformation of the KSF must be made through constitutional changes. When this is done then KFOR's position will change and will certainly have to define the position and compliance with the situation”, Cuoci said.
