At the end of the extraordinary session, MPs have adopted four recommendations. They've agreed that “1. To form the parliamentary investigative commission for lighting up the case for the expulsion of six Turkish citizens on March 29th 2018; 2nd. It is required by parliamentary groups that within three days send their representatives' names to the Parliamentary Chiefship on this commission, in accordance with the Law on Parliamentary Investigations; 3. In the function of the full lighting of this Parliament issue, all relevant institutions related to the issue in question respond to the investigation commission's demands; 4. The Assembly mandates the investigative commission to review the compliance of the procedures followed in this case with the Constitution and the laws in power”.
The recommendations were preceded by a long debate, which slipped even confrontation among MPs.
The LDK and VV have accused President Hashim Thaci of ordering the action. Meanwhile, the chiefs of parliamentary groups of ruling parties, The PDK, AAK and Initiative have requested responsibility and additional information on the case. Turkish MPs, as well as the only minister from this community, have supported the AKI action for the expulsion, as they have called them, “the Glien terrorism”. According to them, the organisation “Feto” is also the threatening element for Kosovo's security. Seanca for “gylenists” has not led President Kadri Veselini until Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj was absent.
