Thereresa May has said that “the continuation of the use of chemical weapons will not become inconsistent”.
Emmanuel Macro has called for a strong “co-operation in response to the Assad” regime.
But what can the West do in response to the alleged chemical attack by the Assad regime in Syria?
First option
The first and most important option for the United States is a limit to attacks and greater concentration of attacks on Syria's military bases where chemical attacks have been launched this week, reports “Sky News” Transmission Periscope.
Any procrastination could be similar as used last April, when President Trump had attacked the al-Shayrat base.

Second option
A second option may be for President Trump to decide to send a killer to the Syrian Air Force.
There are 24 air fields all over Syria.
This would be a risk option because the more countries that bomb, the more chances it will end up killing Russian troops embedded in bases.

Third option
Another, but not a very desirable option, could be the target of the Syrian government's infrastructure in Damascus.
This could be the international airport, which is a major centre for Iranian and Russian navigation aircraft.

Fourth option
And perhaps the most impossible, a signal is sent from the western states to the Assad regime. Perhaps this could deter President Assad from using chemical weapons as it had happened last year in Khan Shaykhun.

What is the U.S. military power currently in possession?
If America and its allies choose to launch air strikes, how can they operate from where?
Americans have a large air force at Al-Udeid air base in Qatar the largest in the region. They also have the USS Donald Cook in the middle. She left Port Chipriot Larnaca on Tuesday to offer more to Syria.

What does the United Kingdom hold?
If Theresa May decides to use the entire military arsenal, she has eight Tornado GR4 fighter planes and six fighter typhoons stationed in Akrotiri, Chipros.
The Tornado was designed during the Cold War to fly quickly and slowly over Eastern Europe, unscathed by radars, and is also an effective aircraft to penetrate Syrian space.

And France?
As for the French, they have a dozen Rafare planes divided between bases in Jordan and the United Arab Emirates.

They also have the possibility of launching cruise missiles from the I Aquitain frigate, which are currently sailing to international waters in the Mediterranean./Periscopi/
