Despite these and numerous diseases that can cause tobacco as heart disease, cancer, or Type 2 diabetes that causes tobacco, millions continue to consume it.

3. You know the reasons. Before quitting, be assured of why you are doing so. Ask yourself “why now?” Understand yourself about the past and identify the future you want. Create new lines for yourself. The fact is, you've been through a lot harder situations in your life than quitting. Use this as motivation.

4. Keep your promises. Do not believe the myths about what happens after you quit smoking. Someone says you'll gain weight, maybe yes, but it will never be harmful than smoking. So keep your promises and walk to success.

5. Build solutions to your wishes. Instead of thinking of a cigarette as a reward, think of it as poison. You prefer to spend time with people, drink coffee, or drink and smell cigarettes. Buy yourself morning exercise instead of cigarettes. Take a walk in the morning or meditation, all of this is good for your health.
