Sleeping more than nine hours can be an early sign of Alzheimer's disease.
Scientists found that people who constantly spend time in bed and have difficulty getting up from it are twice as endangered by Alzheimer's next decade
A shift in sleep mode is a <x0od red” for brain disease because it shows that the brain's brain in the wake is suffering damage.
Researchers also found that those who slept nine hours or more have smaller brain volumes needed longer to perceive information and showed signs of a faint memory.
It is believed that the inability to get up from bed can be a sign that the brain is changing and moving toward Alzheimer's disease.
This means that older people cannot avoid doing so by placing the alarm on the hour earlier.
