Early parliamentary elections remain the only option of the ruling coalition, which no longer has the majority of votes in the Assembly. Opposition parties warn of the government's fall motion if they do not resign themselves.
All of the country's opposition parties agree that the ruling coalition is no longer functional and all agree to one point, that if early elections are the country's interest they will support them.
And as for the request for new elections by the LDK, Prime Minister Haradinaj, who has indicated that if the LDK has confirmed the collapse of the government, then there will also be AAK votes.
But MPs from the ruling coalition consider the country to have other priorities, and early elections would not offer a better situation than the current situation, Zeri writes.
On the other hand, connoisseurs of the country's political affairs say it is up to the Democratic Party of Kosovo whether or not it wants to bring down Government. That is because, according to them, neither the opposition has the votes to tear down Government, but neither does the ruling coalition have the numbers to stand at its helm.
