Through a media report, suspect D reportedly. T, accused of war crimes allegedly committed in his capacity as a member of the reserve police force or Serbian paramilitary forces in the village of Krusha e Vogel between the 25 -27 March 1999.
According to the announcement, the accused was arrested in November 2017 on the basis of an international warrant during an attempt to cross the border from Serbia to Kosovo and since the arrest is in custody.

Charged for a War Crimes Case
Today an international prosecutor from Kosovo Special Prosecutor (PSRK) filed an indictment at the Prizren Foundation Court against D.T. for war crimes allegedly committed in his capacity as a member of the reserve police force or Serb paramilitary forces in the village of Krusha e Vogel between the 25 -27 March 1999.
The accused is accused of looting, deliberately destroying and crime against personal and human dignity, violating these laws of the country, as well as international humanitarian law.
The charges are linked to an attack on the village of Krusha e Vogel, which began on March 25th 1999 by Serbian forces, including police and paramilitary, during which the civilian population was subjected to brutal and illegal killings, inhuman treatment, severe suffering, changing location and shift, exercising measures of intimidation and terror, seizures and plunder of property, desecration and destruction of the victims of Serbian aggression, all committed during a two-day period.
