Only three of the 10 Kosovars accused of terrorism have agreed to be declared Tuesday before the Court.
The three others, who have not pleaded guilty, have chosen to defend themselves in silence. Four have already pleaded guilty, but one reportedly died, writes Koha Ditore today.
Besim Shabanni and Hajdini have managed to complete the testimony Tuesday, while Hadi Nura will continue at the next session. The first two have denied prosecution claims, described in the indictment.
Saban has said that years ago he went to Syria on humanitarian issues and that his move was legal. Since the other accused, Latifi, has denied that he has ever been to Syria.
