KMDLNJ tells Erdogan jazz

The corrupt and irresponsible Kosovo politicians, for a handful of dirty money or any other even more dirty interest, contrary to all laws and contrary to morality, kidnapped and extradited six Turkish citizens to a state and regime that pursues political opponents, guaranteeing neither fair treatment nor fair judgment.

So said the Council for Protection of Rights and Human Freedoms response following the penetrate of six Turkish citizens in Turkey, on charges that they are part of the FETO network.

KMDLNJ says that Kosovo should maintain neutrality in the war declared Erdogan Gylen and cannot be more principled and wiser than European and US states, which, despite the ongoing demand for extradition, has not extradited even a single person involved here, including Fetullah Gylen, whose head is looking for Erdogan.

As a hunter of those who don't think like you or who have the courage to oppose you and who want you to make a list of names and surnames with whom you then deal with your country's secret service investigators, in cooperation with the vasal services of the state that you consider to be the legacy of the Ottoman Empire at a time when you consider the uncaring politicians to be cast out of every human, national and moral responsibility and political responsibility that we cannot even speak to you about is addressing this public response.

For your information, I'm Behxhet Sh. Shala, one of the leaders of the first human rights organisation in Kosovo, founded in 14,12.1998. So far, with hundreds of thousands of problems we have worked and for our work we have been persecuted; by mistreatment, to arrests of drowning under torture by those you so much support politically and especially materially today -- from Serbia and Vuciqi, who by nothing differs from Serbia and Milosevic, as far as the Kosovo and Albanian issues are concerned.

As a human rights organization, we've asked Kosovo to maintain neutrality in keeping an accounting between you who intend to take over the founder of modern Turkey, Mr. Kemal Ataturk but you will never succeed in taking his place, neither in the history of the Turkish state nor in the hearts of the Turkish people. For Kosovo, it is unacceptable and incompatible to rank on one side in a conflict such as it is between Erdogan and Gylen, which mostly harms Turkey and its European perspective.

With the strengthening of autocardia in Turkey bearing the name Tuaj and the goal of this authoritarianism in the decision to apply it to Kosovo as well as through the disfigured figussions of corrupt people, politically, nationally, morally and especially materially, you have crossed the red line by interfering in the flagrant way in the internal affairs of a state which, more than 100 states (and Turkey) have recognised as independent and sovereign politicians, establishing diplomatic relations that are binding on the implementation of reports between two states that can be implied and co-operated with the various interests of their own, without interference in the internal affairs of those countries or a diplomatic vocabulary should be put to a principle of reciprocity.

Through former Foreign Affairs Minister, Mr. Davutoglu has made an effort to change history books and others where the rape occupation, denationalizing and terrorizing 500-year-old Empire of Ottomans appears to be a living life and only because you have not said that at that time the vicious occupation by your predecessor, the Albanians have been free and that they have progressed in every view. Of course, the opposite has been quite the opposite.

You have intervened in our textbooks because you have found ministers like Buja, Bajrami and Hoxhaj who have been subjected to you, without any conditions that you have in your fists and that some today still have hostages of Davutoglut. Don't forget that children of these ministers, but also of the top politicians in Kosovo, starting with your brother in Kosovo, have educated children in law schools and colleges and Mehmet Akif, who are part of the world-made educational network, once your inspiration, and now the enemy, Fetullah Gylen. Of course, the children of Kosovo politicians, as poor as they are, have been educated in scholarships of these schools and colleges without spending a single cent. And they've received maximum recognitions thanks to parents who've been powerfully excluded from rare cases. You asked for the National Hero, Gjergj Kastriot, to disfigure him by portraying him as today's jihadists, as terrorists.

Until the coup effort, you too have been proud of Turkey's educational system in Kosovo. Now, these professors and educators are calling them terrorists, and you are demanding their arrest and extradition to Turkey, as well as the closure of the Gruevski schools and colleges, to replace with Erdogan's schools and colleges. Elusive!

You have built a parallel health system by marginalising public health services with the help of corrupt and criminalised Kosovo politicians. You have established these developments in Skopje (Macedonia) and in Kosovo recruit patients to Skopje and Turkey. You are not extraditing it to Kosovo “Somanez, who, with several criminals from Israel and Kosovo put Kosovo on the blacklist of states where illegal organ trafficking and transplant. You formed it. KEDS criminalised through criminal privatisation by falsing the citizens of Kosovo and favoring the North Serbs for whom you forced us to pay their bills. You do not want to integrate into Kosovo's fiscal system because you force consumers to pay services only with cash and not with bank cards as done around the world.

At Pristina airport “Adem Jashari” you have double standards; goods coming from the West control in detail and sending from and to Turkey handle them with another procedure. Finally, with Kosovo's six criminal extradition (6) Kosovo citizens with regular permission and work permits introduced this airport that bears the name of a national hero, as much as the unimaginable as Ademi Jashar , among those airports dealing with trafficking and smuggling of human beings and being punished with all national and international laws, in the concrete case that never occurred in any country of the world, the extradition of the entrenched intellectuals and the political opponents of Erdogan, with the request of Turkish Democrat Rexhep Erdogan.

Is there anything more shameful than the images of handcuffed intellectuals extradited against all human laws and rights, through the airport “Adem Jashari”, under the company of Kosovo police officers. Maybe Turkey. Who knows what clothing they were wearing? For a people who themselves have been deported because of political disobedience and for a country that has been ethnically cleansed, is there more shame than the irresponsible Kosovo politicians and their Patron, Rexhep Tayyip Erdogan?

Turkish citizens who have been working and living for many years in Kosovo -- all intellectuals and without a criminal record -- have been kidnapped in the streets or homes, kept in secret locations and extradited at lightning speed by violating the country's laws, conventions and international human rights documents, as well as the Kosovo Constitution.

If, in the circumstances of risking life during World War II, Albanians have refused to hand over to the Germans the Jews who were being pursued in every country and at any time and for what even today they boast, rightly today, to this day, corrupt and irresponsible Kosovo politicians, for a handful of dirty money or any even more dirty interest, contrary to all the laws and in violation of morality, kidnapped and extradited six Turkish citizens a state and the regime that pursues political opponents by not guaranteeing fair treatment or fair judgment!

Kosovo, aimed at integration into NATO and the EU, where human rights present determining values for support, with this flagrant violation of human rights, has closed its door to integration for a long time.

For that, Kosovo will pay high price, political and material. This abnormal behavior of some politicians, which on the one hand claim democracy and human rights and on the other, creates chaos and anarchy cannot be interpreted except a deliberate and planned sabotage.

After this kidnapping and arbitrary extradition, Turkey's president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, also brutally attacked Kosovo's prime minister, Mr. Ramush Haradinaj because he freed the interior minister and AKI chief as if he had also received a delegation of family members of kidnapped and extradited gylenists. On the other hand, he publicly praised the president of Kosovo, Mr. Thaci for co-operation in implementing this crime against human rights. He acknowledged that Turkey has brutally intervened in Kosovo's internal affairs, the role of the Turkish Intelligence Agency that has acted freely in Kosovo and the role of President Thaci. President Erdogan, considering Kosovo as Turkey's villas, demanded that Prime Minister Haradinaj collapse and, of course, surrender to Turkey, as if it were Glen's right hand. Prime Minister Haradinaj does not belong to defend himself from Erdogan and Kosovo institutional Erdoganists, but must have state support and protection, which appears not to have enough mass. Its protection is from the AAK as well as a soft defense from the chief parliament, Mr. Kadri Wessel. If there was an attack on Kosovo and the unscrupulous intervention of another state, assisted by corrupt local structures, Mr. Haradinaj must be much more powerful, the more determined he has been attacked by this coup's identify against Kosovo. It must be made clear that this investigation must be carried out to the end, and in this context the role of opposition and civil society must be determining. A normal and independent state, in a concrete case, would call Turkey's ambassador by declaring persona non grata (a person unwanted) by giving 48 hours to leave Kosovo as if it would send Kosovo's ambassador to Turkey to Kosovo for consultations. This can't be done by those who were involved in this crime against human rights. Also, a protest note for its role in intervention in the internal affairs of an independent state should be handed over to Turkey, as well as to the threats Erdogan made to Kosovo's prime minister and Kosovo himself. There is no record of such unscrupulous intervention as Turkey has made towards Kosovo.

Turkish consortium managing airport “Adem Jashar “should be obtained permission of work because of involvement in criminal activities, and all arbitrage courts should be informed about this criminal corporation in case of an eventual indictment. Legally, it is allowed to seize the assets with which criminal activities are conducted, and the Pristina airport case is the case of criminal activities such as human trafficking and illegal extradition.

You should be investigated and brought to justice by Kosovo planners and political lawyers for this scandal that has greatly damaged Kosovo.

Turkey's companies and corruption businesses in Kosovo should be investigated, since the way the tenders have won it -- completely nontransparently -- and have met their obligations under the signed contract.

The Kosovo government should seek public forgiveness for the families of kidnapped and extradited anti-law Turks and seek guarantees from Turkey for their fair treatment and non-discrimination treatment during eventual investigations and judgments. It has this moral obligation and not only morals because it bears responsibility for their kidnapping as well as illegal exposé and flagrant violation of human rights.

I am sure that Turkish citizens who were extradited illegally, when conditions are created and circumstances will sue the state of Kosovo at the Court for Human Rights in Strasbur and , no doubt will win the case even if proven to have exercised illegal activities. The illegal activity does not mean that you can be extradited without wasting all legal rights, both for the state that made the extradition both for the person or persons to be extradited.

Even the biggest and most dangerous criminals in the world, despite being responsible for hundreds of thousands and millions of human victims, have not been treated worse by human rights than kidnapped and extradited gylenists. Kosovo must maintain neutrality in the declared Erdogan war Gylen and can't be more principled and wiser than European and US states which, despite the ongoing extradition demand, has not extradited even one person involved here, including Fetullah Gylen, whose head is looking for Erdogan.

In the concrete case, I am on the side of six kidnapped and extradited Turks who were kept in secret locations and unable to contact their defenders, their families and human rights organisations.

In a word, they were deprived of basic human rights.
