The minister of education, Fatmir Bytyqi, has participated in today's table at which the QKUK clinic crisis has been discussed as a result of a lack of professors at the Faculty of Medicine. He at a Facebook status has shown that at this table, along with Health Minister Ismajli Bridge, he has offered readiness for support in overcoming the situation created in the above-mentioned clinics.
This is his full post:
Today, I attended the round table with the theme: The crisis of QKUK clinics, as a result of the lack of professors at the Faculty of Medicine, in which it was discussed the lack of cods in QKUK clinics, where, according to pre-represented data, the poor condition is in the Surgery Clinic, Internos, Paddy and Gynecology.
At this table, along with the minister of health, Mr. The Ismajli Bridge offered readiness for support in overcoming the situation created in the above-mentioned clinics where, according to information presented, the situation is disturbing, because the Faculty of Medicine goes beyond social education, as it concerns education and the health of people.
As opportunities for finding a sustainable solution, I gave the idea of forming a working group that, after collecting information, would come up with recommendations that would lead to the engagement of institutions, Government and relevant ministries.
The participation also of representatives of the prime minister and the minister of health shows that as Government, we are willing to support and solve problems. We are ready for cooperation and support, but before we come to final support, there must be other steps. We need to know exactly what the causes of this situation have been so that when we offer solutions, we cannot repeat the situation that had been in advance.
If there is enough framework, but there is no reorganisation, then the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health will support solving this problem, which speaks of a problem involving two important institutions: Faculty of Medicine and QKUK.
