Interior Minister Bejtush Gashi has hosted the European Union Office chief and EU Special Representative in Kosovo Natalia Apostolova at the meeting.

According to the statement sent to the media, Gashi has expressed the ministry's commitment he heads to fight organised crime and corruption.

Also, Minister Gashi stressed that the MPB is committed to further advanced co-operation with the EU Office in Kosovo and continued commitments to meet conditions in the visa liberalisation process.

Apostolova said the European Union remains committed to empowering co-operation with security institutions and is willing to help Kosovo meet conditions in the European integration process
