I don't care. I've closed that chapter”, this says Vojislav Seshel every time you ask. But will he smile gently as on television when the decision is made on Wednesday?

Since the leader of the radical Serbian party, the SRS, Vojislav Seshel, has no desire to travel to The Hague, it does not surprise anyone, because from 2003 to 2014 he spent more than a decade as Hague Tribunal accused of the former Yugoslavia. One of the charges: Crime against humanity. During Orthodox Easter days, he has been present at several television studios. What's striking: the former rabid nationalist has been lowering ours for some time. In styles of character entertainment in the company of folk music stars or athletes, he seems like a boring person of old time. What about the nationalist age?
An Incentive of Unenemies
Not at all. Only he lacks firm enemies. The president who ruled authoritarianly, Aleksandar Vucin, has been SESHel's political born. He turned his back on his spiritual father in 2008 and founded the Serb Progressive Party that governs today. By 2014, when she was released from Dutch prison because of cancer, Seshel succeeded in publicizing the miracle of healing, burning a Croatian flag, threatening Albanians in Kosovo with the use of weapons, as well as returning his party to parliament.
But Serbia's strong man, President Vuciq he never stormed the frontal, nor in the hottest phase of the election campaign for the 2016 parliamentary or the 2017 presidential elections. Opposition politicians, colleagues of the opposition in turn, were targeted by verbal and brutal square attacks. The opposition in Serbia is weak, the strong Vucinac, the wise Sheheshel. From Vuchiqi's point of view, an idyllic state.
But this may change quickly if judges in The Hague accept the indictment proposal and abolish its release in the first instance at the end of March 2016. Sheshel's sentence involved 28 years of freedom. The alternative is to repeat the judicial process.
Stalled Survey Values
In both cases, official Belgrade had to hand over Schehel. But he himself has made it clear, he no longer returns voluntarily to The Hague. Images of Sesel's arrest and extradition are within political explosive for President Vuciq. He carefully pursues the values of the polls and controls invisibly any related news in both the bovardske and the mainstream media. Vucic will not lose traditional voters, mostly Sezel fans. In such a case, the Serbian president will face guilt like murder of a father or a traitor.
That is why Vucic, despite the proerupian rhetoric, has not extradited two SESH party soldiers, though those from 2015 are wanted because of the threat of witnesses from the International Court for the former Yugoslavia. It cannot be imagined that the side pictures will be protected and delivered by the principal protagonist.

Failure to Justice
Many observers view Vojislav Scheel's decision to free him from 2016 as the absurd end of a strange process. Even if he is now sentenced to 17 years, more than two thirds of his sentence has been passed behind bars. So he can apply for early release. Cutting sentences resemble a penalty-alibi, because they would be a non-direct statement of release. While higher sentences and especially the beginning of a new process would be a real political challenge for Belgrade. This does not necessarily mean that he should go to The Hague. The political price for failure to surrender should be much higher for Belgrade, than mixed feelings in the event of extradition. Isn't the Serbian president, a part of the refugee crisis stabilizer along the Balkan route? They don't throw it into Putin's arms without having to. In any case, the decision regarding Schehel ékeel has been limited to the victims of the hatred he has been preaching for decades. Because very long and contradictory has been the legal dawn of the Yugoslav disaster.
