Greek media report that Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias has expressed much optimistic about talks with Albania.
In an interview for “Ta Nea”, Kotzias stressed that by the end of May all agreements with Albania will be closed.
Greek Foreign Minister reiterated once again that, in talks with the Albanian side, there has never been any discussion on the question issue since Athens does not accept it.
