Who is Gazmend Muhharrier the man who caught the LDK with his ambitions?

I believe I should be a candidate for prime minister. I've run well and won without a run-off. I don't see any other 78x1> candidacy, Muhajer said on a TV show, the Periscope broadcast.
But to this statement, there have been multiple reactions within 24 hours of LDK. Some said that The LDK has a lot of framework for the post of LDK chief and post of prime minister, as an attempt to cover up Muhramer's ambition, while some said dealt little with it.
Ismet Beqiri, at a media conference, said that everyone in LDK has the right to run that and there are many meritive people in the LDK for the post, but that he said they eventually place party forums.

Who's Gazmend Mujarrier?
The third time he won the Pec municipality, in Kosovo's last local elections.
