The Supreme Court in Turkey has issued a number of extradition requests for 54 members of the fugitive cleric's network Fetullah Gyleni worldwide. The requirements have been submitted to 24 states, including Albania for a Turkish national being. According to information in Albania, there is one of the leaders of FETO, named Navzat Ayvaci.
Under the main judicial hearing against the terrorist organisation Fetullahci/ state-run parallel infrastructure (FETO), Turkey has requested the extradition of the 54 accused it has been found to have fled abroad, the Anadolu Agency (AA) reports.
Main hearing against The FETO takes place at the 4th Criminal Court in Ankara, while the court in the Turkish Ministry of Justice has submitted demands for the extradition of 54 fugitives to a total of 24 states.
FETO leaders, who are defendants at the main court hearing, including the leader of this Fetullah Gülen organisation, have fled the Turkish tracking organs and have been found to be in 24 countries around the world.
Turkey will seek the extradition of fugitives from the United States of America (SHBA), Great Britain, Israel, Germany, Belgium, Norway, Moldova, Nigeria, Cambodia, Thailand, Madagascar, Malta, Burkina Faso, Mozambique, Egypt, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Albania, Holland, Togo, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates and Uzbekistan.



Apart from FETO Gülen's leader, Turkey, among other things, is seeking the extradition of former newspaper editor “Zaman” Ekrem Dumanli, the imam of FETO in the judiciary Ahmet Cana, Secretary General Cevdet Turkyolu, FETO's iman of the Police Academy and Sait Aksoy, head of the FETO state co-ordinator Ali Urstavaş, former head of the Bank Board Asia Mustafa Talat Katharcioglu and Seref Ali Tekalan, who last year was appointed Rector of North America University in Texas.
The US also requests extradition of former Reporter “Zaman” Recep Uzanlli, Gülen's personal doctors, Tuncay Delibasi and Frameart Unal, as well as your Secretary General SCON Mustafa Muhammad Gunay.
Turkey from Great Britain requires the extradition of FETO fugitive, among whom is the head of Koza-Ipek Holding, Hamdi Akin Ipek and former chairman of the Asia Bank Board Ali Celik.
One of the extradition requests will also be sent to the authorities of Albania, where, according to information, there is one of the FETO leaders Navzat Ayvaci.
From Germany, Turkey requires the extradition of fugitives, among them Abdullah Aytalmaz, who is considered the second person in the hierarchy of the terrorist organisation FETO.
Among the requirements prepared for extradition to Turkey is Mustafa Ozcan, who is known as the FETO imam for the Balkans and who is located in Kazakhstan.
Turkey, however, is demanding extradition from several states where it has proved to have stayed.
These are the FETO fugitives against whom the indictment was filed before July 15th 2016 and the failed attempted coup carried out by members of the terrorist organisation who had previously infiltrated the military, police and other Turkish institutions.
The group, among other things, is also accused of trying to take over state institutions, undermine constitutional-law order in Turkey, and create an authoritarian oligarchy.
