Although it has been almost five years since the beginning of the discussion on transforming the Kosovo Security Force into Armed Forces, it is still not known who the epilogue of this process will be.
This is because the Serbian List does not support changing the Constitution for this transformation.
But the other option for army formation remains it through changing laws, writes further “Sound“.
Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has stated a few days ago that the Serbian List when he entered the coalition has not promised him a vote for the military and that the only way to form the army is through legal changes.
