Of the 221m euros the government had projected to collect from customs for the January-March period of this year, customs has been in excess of 211m euros, 10m less than predictions, KTV reports.
Stressed growth had failed to reach the same period last year, having increased by only 0.019 percent.
The decline had also marked for March, compared to the same month last year, for 8m euros less.
But in this institution they refuse to accept that the income rate has marked a decline.
In the Ministry of Finance, they have refused to provide details about this problem, but KTV sources within the government have indicated that the director of this budgetary agency have been warned, including his dismissal, if continued to meet government projections.
Economic developments in the country knowers say this is happening due to increased smuggling and tax evasion.
According to the study conducted late last year by the Ministry of Finance and the European Union, it has turned out that the black economy reaches 31.7 percent.
This causes about 500m euros a year to lose the state safe.
Customs in the 2016 Progress Report had managed to get maximum appreciation for border management, realizing more revenue than budget projections.
However, the latest report reportedly has been partially prepared.
