At the time when the opposition has declared the continuation of the protests and civil disobedience, police commissioners Lushnje, Voree, Elbasan and Kurbin have prosecuted in a free condition over 60 people.
Among them 34 MPs are charged with “Organising and participating in illegal gatherings and manifestations “and “Pegim of the transport vehicle flow”.
Police have also indicted Democratic Party Chairman Lulzim Basha and LSI leader Monica Kryeki.
Not even the right-wing mayors Voltana Ademi and the Shehu Union are missing on the list of prosecutions.
Last Thursday the opposition took to the streets to protest the arrest of 23 citizens on Nation Street who rejected the 5-euro tax, but also the entry into force of new taxes such as property or T VE for small business.
In addition to the paralysis of the circulation in Vora, Elbasan, Milot, and Lusnje, some of the protesters are also accused of air pollution after burning several tires. At the 4th rally protesters allowed the passage of ambulances and emergency cases, while no tensions and physical confrontations with police were lacking, which megaphoned the opening of the road. / TCh/
