This is the Court's decision to accuse the accused of burning corpses in Little Krusha

 The Constitutional Court in Prizren has placed two months in detention for Darko Tasic, indicted for war crimes committed in Krusha Minor of Rahoveci.

News of the detention assignment for Tashaqi made it known to Judge Artan Seryan.

At the beginning of this week, EULEX officially accused Tashaj, that on March 26th and 27th 1999, in Krusha Minor of Rahoveci, it burned dead bodies of a number of people and then threw them on the Drin River.
