Kosovo Police Inspectorate has accepted complaint from Deputy Interior Minister Milan Radojevic over allegations he has voiced about Kosovo police in the case of the arrest of the so-called Kosovo office director in Serbia's government Marko Djuric.
According to IPK in line with mission and legal scope The IPK takes investigative measures and actions in cases where members of the Kosovo Police have allegedly committed actions that conflict with the KP law and other underground police acts.
Even in regard to Mr. Marko Djuric, the IPK Department of Investigations, respectively, has started with collecting and gathering information about allegations of eventual violations on the part of Kosovo Police officials”, said the IPK communiqué.
IPK investigators will continue to take other investigative actions depending on the findings of this information collection process and in consultation with the competent prosecutor.
