The journalist from Brussels, Augustin Palocaj, has written about the last two events last week. In the first one had been arrested and subsequently deported towards Serbia, Kosovo Office Director Marko Djuric and then had six Turkish citizens arrested and deported to Turkey.
Both of these events, Palocaj refers to Kosovo as negative.
As for Djuriqi's case, he claims that in Brussels, there are those who believe the ROSU special units have exercised “excessive use of force” during the arrest. For the occasion in question, criticism may also have to do with his unnecessary defiling in the center of town, which, according to him, gives evidence that the whole event was installed.
As for the second case, the arrest of Turkish citizens charged with terrorism in Turkey, Augustin Palockaj, thinks it presents Kosovo as a state that does not offer judicial security to foreigners and locals. These two things, he says, can seriously affect the liberalisation of visas for our country, since the only remaining condition is fighting organised crime and corruption.
