The new research, conducted by Michele Bellesi... Polytechnic University, Marche, Italy, and published in <x0... Journal of Neuroscience, analysed the brain of regular mice, spontaneous awakes, sleep deprivation, and chronic sleep deprivation, broadcasts the news.
Using block-face software, scientists measured the process of synapses and cells in the frontal mouse cortex. In particular, they analyzed cells called astrocytes cells, and researchers found that sleep deprived mice showed much activity in these cells.
The findings suggest that astrocytes begin to break more brain waste.
Researchers indicated that according to their findings, sleep plays a key role in human productivity during the day, work, studies, and other things.
Too much fatigue and loss of concentration can result in poor sleep. If you sleep less than you should, all brain functions become more difficult.
Thus, they suggest that you get sufficient sleep on the basis of your age so that you will be less tired.
