The Kosovo Police Inspectorate reports it has handled the case of a video-incision, in which members of the police are seen beating a manure citizen.
Two of the officials involved in this case have already been suspended by Kosovo Police, but for another case in which they are suspected.
In a response to KALLXO.com, the IPK says the Inspectorate Investigation Department based on legal authorisation and its scope has addressed the video-incision case published today by KALLXO.com.
IPK's “IPK investigators in this case have taken some investigative actions and the same has been forwarded to competent prosecution”, the Inspectorate's response reported.
The Kosovo Police Inspectorate has thus responded to a video incision published by KALLXO.com, in which they see members of the police kicking a citizen whom they had previously handcuffed.
The case, according to the citizen who sent the video recording to KALLXO.com, occurred on April 24th last year.
