Being one of the founders of the Kosovo Constitution, Bajrami estimates that a review of the highest judicial act in the country should be resumed when we talk about Serb minorities.
He has called on the president and prime minister to be careful about the Association of Serbian municipalities, and that, according to him, he could install some kind of autonomy within Kosovo in the future.
According to Bajrami, any form of unilateral proclamation should be prevented, and neither Brussels should make it official nor Belgrade. /tribuncannel/
