Who would not want to stay young forever? The rhythms of time, unfortunately, cannot stop, but by following simple dietary rules, it is possible to delay showing signs of aging and retain the form! Some valuable advice on our welfare.

Who would not want to take a diet that has the power to make us young? Unfortunately, the elixir of eternal youth remains limited to the realm of science fiction.

However, it is never too late to start food properly, since the very actions and choices we make from a food point of view have an important impact on the performance of our aging.

Of course, aging is a completely natural phenomenon because of the degradation and loss of the functionality of biological systems, defined not only by genetics: in fact, different environmental factors, such as pollution levels or energy supplies, are able to regulate (if they are negative, accelerate) the aging process.

Based on the regulation of this process, besides the inevitable passage of time, there is the toxic stress mechanism, that is, the whole series of biochemical reactions leading to the formation of free radicals, a chemical species capable of interacting with biological systems, resulting in damage and degradation.

From this, it is easy to see that the foundation of the anti-aging diet is certainly a high consumption of antioxidants fighting these processes, as well as minerals and vitamins, protagonists in the proper function of metabolism in each cell, making it effective in fighting harmful agents and corruption phenomena.

What are these foods?
