Drinking three cups of coffee a day does not harm your heart even such a way of consuming it can reduce the dangers of abnormal heart rate.
So says a new research carried out by the American College of Cardiology, and it is pointed out that rejecting all reports that caffeine consumption makes heart health worse.
The study further points out that with just three coffees a day, a person lowers the risk of contracting 13 percent, thus reducing the risk of heart attack or stroke.
The new study is the latest proof confirming that up to six cups a day of coffee are safe and health benefits exceed its risks.
