After former Adriatic Chief Prosecutor Lella, Tom Doshi becomes the second official from Albania to be barred from entering the United States due to involvement in major corruption cases, the Voice of America reports.
Based on American laws, when the Secretary of State has reliable information that a foreign official is involved in major cases of corruption, or human rights violations, he and his close family are barred from entering America.
The Secretary of State may announce to the official privately or publicly.
Based on today's announcement, MP Doshi, his wife Jovana Doshi, his oldest daughter Briana Doshi, senior son James Doshi, and minor children are not allowed to enter America.
