Albanian breast law continues to hold Ivanov hostage

A month and a half from the third adoption of the law on use of languages, Macedonia's president Gjorge Ivanov is not planning to sign the same.

It protects the view that the law is unconstitutional. Jurist Nasser Zyberi, on the other hand, says in this case President Ivanov is violating the constitution. Ziber says there are several ways to declare the law in the Official Gazette.
