Eleven indictees of the case “Proto” are expected to be tried at the Randa Crime Department near the Pristina Foundation Court, Koha Ditore writes today.
However, the protection of the chief protagonist, Adem Grabovci, is not being reconciled. His lawyers have asked the court for the case to be tried by the General Department, considering that the criminal acts they are charged with do not fall into the competence of the Randa Crimes.
