Women in Tehran denied protest

Some women were detained in Tehran while trying to score International Women's Day.

Human rights activists have announced that they will hold a peaceful protest outside the Labour Ministry in the Iranian capital to demand more rights.

Women who have tried to rally for protests have been confronted by security forces, based on social media accounts.
