“Dje, at the Demarketing session with Montenegro, 7 deputies of the Vetvendosje Movement were arrested, who protested within the Parliament against this deal that gave away 8,200 hectares to Montenegro and extended the life of this government for some time”, the VV communiqué reportedly.
This arrest of MPs, according to the VV, came at the order of Chief Police Officer Kadri Wessel to free the Republika Assembly Hall that was yesterday aimed at pardoning the territory -- the legitimacy of Thaci's betrayal -- all with the help of Prime Minister Haradinaj.
MPs who were arrested and walked away violently from the Assembly Hall are still being held in custody only because they were placed in the protection of the Republic. We demand the immediate release of MPs: Arberie Nagavci, Drita Milaku, Victory Pacolli, Lieburn Aliu, Valon Ramadani, Salih Zyba and Jelal Svecla”, says in the VV/ Periskopi response.
