It is agreed that they will exchange views about the new phase of dialogue for the comprehensive normalisation of relations between the two countries.
According to the invitation sent to the presidents of Kosovo and Serbia, it points out that on March 23rd, it will be talked about the <x0-phasis of dialogue involving the inclusive normalisation” and also “will consider the ongoing work about the existence of existing” agreements.

In the EU, they stress the importance of dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade and expect the full implementation of the Brussels Agreement, but also the achievement of the comprehensive settlement and the legally binding agreement for full normalisation of relations between the two countries.
In Brussels on the eve of the meeting of the presidents of Kosovo and Serbia, the existence of parallel processes under dialogue mediated by the EU -- one dealing with the implementation of existing agreements from the Brussels Agreement and conducted at the level of expert delegations -- and the other dealing with the comprehensive normalisation of relations.

Kocijancic has confirmed that because of the failure to reach agreement during this week's technical dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade delegations regarding the formation of the Serb majority, energy, free movement, the meeting will not be cancelled nor will Thaci be postponed.
The presidents of Kosovo and Serbia, according to sources from Brussels, must meet with EU diplomacy chief Federice Moghrin late in the afternoon Friday 23 March. The joint working dinner will precede Hashim Thaci's bilateral conversations and Aleksandar Vuciqi with Moghrin, Time broadcasts.
