After the opening of the session from the presentation of the draft law by Prime Minister Haradinaj, the session was proposed by the chiefs of parliamentary groups in the Assembly, except those of the Serbian List, who have not even come to today's session.
However, it appears that the session will extend much of the speeches of MPs, who have demanded the word before the vote.
Of the MPs who are on the list to speak at the session are all the deputies of Vetevendosje -- 19 sosh -- as well as many other MPs from other parties, including those in power.
That means the session could last at least four to five hours before the long-awaited border agreement with Montenegro.
This is the fourth session called to attempt to ratify the demarcation, following three others this year that failed for various reasons, the main being the lack of votes on the part of the ruling parties.
For the adoption of an international agreement like this of the border, 80 votes are required in the Parliament. The nearby Ratification has brought the passage of Donika Cadaj-Bujupi to AAK, which will vote in favour while opposed to Vetevendosje, writes the Metro newspaper.
