He has decided from today to receive taxes, which range from 2.5 to 22.5 in one direction.
From Edi Rama's country, engines will pay 2.5 euros in one direction, meanwhile, cars 5 euros. For buses and trucks that cross this road often will be a heavier burden.
A bus or truck crossing will cost no less than 11.2 euros, while for medium and large trucks the figures continue to rise. The middle truck in one direction will pay 16.2 euros, and the heavy truck 22.5 sosh, writes the Metro newspaper.

The first to have reacted sharply has been former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, who also conceived and made the decision on this road. According to him, Edi Rama is meeting Albanians who travel to each other.
Berisha has not hesitated to call it nation's military, while mentioning the number of over 300 million that Albania takes from the Nation's Way.
By today, any vehicle that will cross the nation's path will pay the “Edvin”; 5 to 10 euros! Albania from the Nation's Road provides over 300m euros in revenue a year. Instead of a percentage of them being used for its maintenance, Edvin Christaq Rama taxes Albanians why they travel to each other! Shame of the Nation!” wrote the former prime minister.
Reactions other than politics have been made by citizens and people of the media. Many have said publicly that this tax will affect many Kosovars not to travel so often to Albania.
Otherwise, Albania has the highest number of tourists in Kosovo. Also, the largest number of people entering Kosovo borders are from Albania.
