Fajon has announced that he has met with European Parliament Commissioner for Migration and Home Affairs Dimitris Avramopollos, with whom he has also been talking about visa liberalisation for Kosovo.
We meet Commissioner Avramopolos today. We have fruitful co-operation on many EU internal issues, as well as in joint efforts to remove the visa regime for Kosovo”, Fajon has written today.
EU institutions had made it clear that the liberalisation process cannot happen without demarcation with Montenegro. However, the last condition estimated unfulfilled is the one related to fighting corruption, namely the adoption of laws that enable it.
