An unexpected suspension of training can lead to symptoms of depression, a new research indicates.
Doctors from the University of Adelaide, Australia, have been conducting seven different studies where the effect of the exercise break has been investigated.
The analysis included 152 adult participants who had been practicing at least three times a week from 30 minutes for three months.
Doctors concluded that in some cases quitting exercise leads to increased symptoms of depression, and that only three days after the break, xp broadcasts.
Other symptoms were experienced a week or two after the break. Interestingly, women have experienced more symptoms of depression than men have.
