In his corporate club communiqué denies hypotheses that the club has received guarantees on a three-year sentence, and that contrary to what President Takaj and staff are written are in Albania rather than Switzerland, while there is absolutely no agreement to accept a one-year sentence.
Skenderbeu confirms that the club and the judicial office that represents it will not accept any agreement that undermines the club, while promising that the strategy in the judicial battle is to fight until the end of this process of absolute innocence of the club and not to negotiate a reduced sentence.
Two of UEFA inspectors have demanded for Skenderbeun a sentence of exclusion for 10 years from European competitions, with the publication of their report that caused a widespread media echo, while Skenderbeu in all official exits has flatly denied the involvement of the club or its members in rigging matches.
