Serwer: Haradinaj payable to ratify demarcation

Balkan Affairs expert Daniel Cerwer has said Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has no courage to ratify demarcation with Montenegro.

“I believe that the best way to resolve the demarcation issue is for Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj to change his stance on this agreement, which is contrary to his stances that he had not come to power”, Cerwer has said, followers Klan Kosova.

I find Haradinaj lacking courage to do so. I love politicians with more courage, and less willless to deal with big issues”, he said of Podgorica Victory.
